Tri-State Dirt Riders Association Code of Conduct

 

The Tri-State Dirt Riders Association (TSDR) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the sport of motocross racing. The intent of the Code of Conduct is to ensure that TSDR members, members of other racing associations, track personnel, volunteers and guests all have a safe, friendly and respectful place to gather and compete. 

 

This Code of Conduct will apply to all annual members of TSDR, day pass members of TSDR, members of other racing associations attending a TSDR event, guests, spectators, track officials and volunteers. The following standards of conduct will be adhered to by all.

 

  1. TSDR will not tolerate any form of harassing behavior. Physical, verbal, or sexual harassment will not be tolerated.

  2. Obscenities, aggressive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior shall not be tolerated.

  3. Discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status shall not be tolerated.

  4. Race officials, volunteers, scorers, and referees will be treated with respect and courtesy.

  5. TSDR members will refrain from acting in any manner which would damage or jeopardize the reputation or name of TSDR.

  6. Racers are responsible for the actions and behaviors of their guests while attending a TSDR event.

  7. Parents are responsible for discussing this Code of Conduct with their riders.

  8. Arguments  with track volunteers or track officials regarding gate fees, camping fees, race fees, practice fees or any other fees will not be tolerated.
